This website and our services are provided by VITOR BUILDERS LTD, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 15320388), registered office 187 Barton Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 9RA, United Kingdom ("we", "us"), trading as "Vitor Builders".

1. Quotations

Quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A quotation is an estimate based on the information available; the final scope and price are confirmed in a written contract before work begins.

2. Contracts & work

All construction work is carried out under a written agreement setting out scope, price, payment stages and timescales. Work is completed in accordance with current UK building regulations.

3. Payment

Payment terms are set out in each project agreement, typically in stages against agreed milestones.

4. Liability & insurance

We hold public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Our workmanship is provided with reasonable skill and care.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
